To qualify as an Experienced member, someone must:

• Have spent 5–10 years learning directly under an experienced mentor who passed down their knowledge over time
• Have at least 5 years of hands-on practical experience
• Have people they have personally guided and who can vouch for their skilled, genuine knowledge
